  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped onion
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese about 4 oz - 1 c
  • milk
  • Bisquick baking mix - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 to 35 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.

Note: If using a 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate, decrease milk to 1 cup, baking mix to 1/2 cup and eggs to 2.
