- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- Bisquick - 1 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled - 12 item
How to make impossible bacon pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10-inch quiche dish or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater; pour into pan. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
