Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- box yellow SuperMoist cake mix - 1 item
- can Betty Crocker creamy coconut and pecan frosting mix - 1 item
How to make icing in the cake:
Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat as directions on box instruct. Add frosting and pecans. Beat on low until folded in. Bake in well-greased and floured Bundt pan on top rack of oven. Bake at 350° approximately 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan onto wire rack to finish cooling.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Very low carbs.
