Icebox cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 6 c
• butter
• baking powder - 4 tsp
• box brown sugar - 1 item

How to make icebox cookies:

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Knead if necessary to get all of flour in. Make 3 or 4 rolls and chill. Slice and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. One half cup nuts may be added. Makes about 60 cookies.
