Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- vanilla ice cream - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- jar caramel topping - 8 oz
How to make ice cream squares:
Mix all ingredients, except ice cream and caramel topping, together. Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 400°, mixing every 5 minutes. Put half of mixture into casserole dish. Top with vanilla ice cream, then pour caramel topping over ice cream; then top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Cut in squares to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Frozen desserts.
