Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- cup shortening - 1/2 item
- cup butter, softened - 1/4 item
- tsp vanilla - 1 item
- ice cream any flavor - 1 item
How to make ice cream sandwiches:
Preheat oven to 375. Beat egg, shortening, butter, vanilla and 1/2 of the cake mix until smooth. Then stir in remaining cake mix until smooth. Roll dough out and cut into any desired shape or square. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Poke fork holes when fresh out of oven. Put ice cream between two cookies and freeze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Low protein.
