- margarine - 1/4 c
- vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
- sq - 4 oz
- sugar - 1 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- Press this into a 9 x 13-inch pan

How to make ice cream cake:
Melt 1/4 cup margarine; mix with crushed Oreo cookies. Press this into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Freeze this, then put softened ice cream on cookie crust and freeze.Chocolate Sauce:4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate6 Tbsp. margarine1 c. sugar evaporated milk vanilla Melt all of this together. Let cool.
