Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine, melted - 1/3 item
- carton vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 item
- Oreos, crushed crumble up with rolling pin - 1 pkg
How to make ice cream cake:
Mix margarine and cookie crumbs. Press cookies on bottom and sides of 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan or glass dish. Save some cookie mixture to sprinkle on top. Spoon softened ice cream onto cookie crust. Sprinkle remainder cookie crumbs on top. Put "cake" into freezer to firm up. Makes 12 servings.Comment: My daughter prefers this to traditional cake.
