  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • can pork and beans - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • barbecue sauce - 3/4 c
  • 10 count can biscuits - 1 item

How to make hungry jack beef casserole:

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add pork and beans, brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Bring to a full boil. Put mixture into casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half and arrange on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° until biscuits are golden brown.
