Hungarian goulash
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water
- cider vinegar - 3/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- ketchup - 6 Tbsp
- medium onions - 2 item
- noodles - 6 oz
- beef cubes - 1 lb
How to make hungarian goulash:
Place meat cubes and minced onion into a pot. Measure 1 cup water in a 2-cup measure. Add all other ingredients (except 1/2 cup water and flour). Stir together thoroughly and pour over meat. Bring to a boil, then simmer several hours until tender.Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water. Add to meat mixture; stir until thickened. Serve meat over cooked noodles. Serves 2.
