Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1/2 c
How to make hungarian dumplings:
Combine flour, eggs and salt. Add water. Beat well until dough is gummy. Drop by spoonful into boiling salted water. Boil 2 additional minutes. Drain, rinse with hot water. Fry 2 tablespoons butter until brown. Pour over dumplings. Add salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains, Hungarian.
