  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • head cabbage - 1 item
  • rice uncooked - 1/2 c
  • large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • large can sauerkraut - 1 item
  • jowl bacon - 1 item

How to make hungarian cabbage rolls:

Mix egg, beef, onion, rice, salt and bell pepper together and fill cabbage leaves. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with sliced jowl bacon, then spread sauerkraut over this. Layer cabbage rolls on top of this and spread with tomato soup. Bake, covered, at 350° for 3 hours.
