- salt
- paprika - 2 tsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 2 tsp
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- beef broth - 1/2 c
- stew meat - 2 lb
- green pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
How to make hungarian beef stew:
Put all meat, onion, potatoes, carrots, peas, garlic, parsley and green pepper in crock-pot. Mix together broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes. Pour over top. Stir. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, 3 steps or less.
