- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp

- chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make hummingbird cake:
Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in, but do not beat, the eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple and bananas. Add nuts and coconut. Pour into three 9-inch well oiled and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with cRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
