  • vanilla
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • sifted flour - 3 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • diced bananas - 2 c
  • Add all remaining ingredients and stir

How to make hummingbird cake:

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.Icing:1/4 c. margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Mix until smooth, then cover cake.
