- vanilla
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- sifted flour - 3 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- diced bananas - 2 c
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir
How to make hummingbird cake:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.Icing:1/4 c. margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Mix until smooth, then cover cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
