  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 18 oz
  • mashed bananas - 2 item
  • pecans - 1/2 c

How to make hummingbird cake:

Mix all ingredients together and bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour.

Glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar, mixed to desired consistency.
