Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed red pepper - 2 Tbsp
- chicken wings - 5 lb
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1 Tbsp
- large bottle Durkee hot sauce - 1 item
How to make hot wings:
In saucepan, melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer 10 minutes. In large bowl add sauce to wings. You may preboil the wings or use wings frozen. Put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.For crispier wings, broil for 10 minutes after baking. Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing and celery sticks.
