Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chicken wings - 3 lb
- Crystal hot sauce - 1 qt
How to make hot wings:
Cut wings in 3 pieces; discard end piece of wings. Use a deep fryer with Puritan oil. Cook at 400° for approximately 10 minutes.Blot wings on paper towels. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a pan on top of stove. Mix hot sauce into margarine (Crystal brand works best but others may be used). While wings are hot, coat with hot sauce.
