Hot taco salad
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes - 4 item
- Fritos - 1/2 pkg
- head lettuce - 1 item
- green pepper, diced fine - 1/2 item
How to make hot taco salad:
Break lettuce into large bowl and add tomato wedges. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper and garlic salt). Over very low heat, heat cheese and mushroom soup until cheese is smooth, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle ground beef on top of lettuce and tomatoes, then crumble Fritos on top.
