Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese
- ground beef
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- mild taco sauce - 1/4 c
How to make hot taco dip:
Brown beef, onion and green pepper until onion is transparent. Drain and set aside. In a large pan, such as a Dutch oven, melt cheese, taco sauce and tomato sauce, stirring until smooth. Add beef mixture. One can keep this warm by putting it in a crock-pot on low heat. Serve with tortilla chips, Doritos, etc.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
