Hot pepper jelly



  • sugar - 5 lb
  • water - 1/2 c
  • white vinegar - 3 c
  • hot peppers, chopped fine - 12 item
  • large bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips - 3 item

How to make hot pepper jelly:

Put first 3 ingredients in blender. When completely liquified, take out and add sugar and vinegar. Cook at a hard boil for 5 minutes. Skim the top. Add green or red food coloring and 2 bottles of Certo. Put into hot jars and store.
