Hot mustard sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten alone - 4 item
How to make hot mustard sauce:
Cook in double boiler over medium heat. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until thick (pour eggs in as cooking). Also stir constantly with wire whisk. Remove and add 2 tablespoons butter. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Sauces, Savory sauces, Herb and spice mixes.
