eggs - 4 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 1 c
flour - 2 c
coconut - 1/2 c
stick butter - 1 item
butter at room temperature - 5 Tbsp
Blend well
cream or milk - 4 Tbsp

How to make hot milk cake:

Combine sugar, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Blend well. Blend in flour. Heat milk in pan until hot. Add butter to milk and add this to batter. Beat well. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool and frost with following icing.Icing:9 Tbsp. brown sugar4 Tbsp. cream or milk5 Tbsp. butter (at room temperature)1/2 c. coconut Combine in small bowl and mix well. Frost cake and return to oven until icing bubbles.
