- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- apple cider - 2 qt
- tequila
- orange flavored liqueur - 1/3 c
- lemon slices - 1 item
How to make hot mexican cider:
Combine apple cider and lemon juice in Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat until mixture simmers. Add tequila and orange liqueur. Cook until heated. Pour over lemon slices. Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.Recipe categories: Drinks, Southwestern u.s., Tex Mex.
