Ingredients/Components

  • chipped ham - 1 lb
  • onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 6 item
  • slices Velveeta cheese, cut into little squares - 4 item
  • Miracle Whip
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • semi-hard buns - 1 item

How to make hot ham sandwiches:

Chop chipped ham up into little pieces in a bowl. Add chopped onions, celery, eggs and cheese.

Mix in a separate bowl, the Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar. Should taste like a cole slaw dressing. Pour over chipped ham mixture. Mix all ingredients together.

Spoon into buns. Wrap in waxed paper and pop into microwave. Heat until warm (cheese melted). Or wrap in aluminum foil and heat in oven.
