  • flour - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium potatoes, diced - 5 item
  • slices crisp bacon - 2 item

How to make hot german potato salad:

Mix together sugar, flour, salt, mustard, pepper, vinegar and water. Crumble bacon. In grease, cook potatoes and onion with mixture for at least 2 hours.
