Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- can evaporated milk
- squares semi-sweet chocolate - 4 item
How to make hot fudge topping:
Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan. Add sugar, milk and salt. Cook slowly at low heat until thickened; about 15 minutes. Add vanilla. Ready to serve over ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
