Hot fudge sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- unsweetened chocolate - 3 sq
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make hot fudge sauce:
Melt chocolate, butter and salt together in double boiler. Add the sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring after each addition. Add the evaporated milk, a little at a time, and continue stirring until well mixed. Serve over ice cream while hot and sprinkle with Spanish peanuts, if desired. Makes 3 cups sauce.
