Hot fudge pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1-1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- Pour batter into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan
How to make hot fudge pudding cake:
Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually mix in milk and butter; add vanilla. Pour batter into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle mixture from step 2 evenly over batter then pour 1-1/4 cups hot water over top. Do Not Stir.Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before serving. Spoon into dessert dishes and top with ice cream.Step 2:1/2 c. white sugar1/2 c. light brown sugar4 Tbsp. cocoa Combine ingredients in small bowl.
