Hot fudge pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- hot water
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
How to make hot fudge pudding cake:
Sauce:1 c. brown sugar4 Tbsp. cocoa1 3/4 c. hot water Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa together in a bowl. Stir in milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth. Add nuts. Spread into a well-greased 8-inch square baking pan. Mix together brown sugar and cocoa for sauce and sprinkle mixture over batter in pan. Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Cut in squares and invert on dessert plates, putting sauce drizzled from bottom of pan on each square. Serve warm, with or without whipped cream.
