Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- hot water
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- sugar, divided
- whipped cream or ice cream optional - 1 item
- cocoa, divided - 4 Tbsp
How to make hot fudge pudding:
Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa; stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Pour batter into a 9-inch square baking dish. Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and salt; mix well and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top; bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
