  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • stick oleomargarine - 1 item
  • Icing:1 stick oleomargarine

How to make hot fudge cake:

Icing:1 stick oleomargarine6 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. cocoa1 box confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 400°. In saucepan, melt oleo, shortening, cocoa and water. Sift flour, sugar, soda and salt, then add eggs; mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Bake in an oblong pan for 30 minutes.

For icing, melt ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well. Keep warm and pour mixture over hot cake.
