  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • sherry - 1 c
  • any fruit combination can be used suggested: red apple rings, mandarin oranges, apricots, canned grapes, pineapple chunks, pear halves, peach halves, drained - 1 item

How to make hot fruit compote:

Mix margarine, sugar and sherry. Place over heat and let get hot while stirring. Pour over fruit. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serve. Get with ham or turkey dinner.
