Ingredients/Components
- large can peach halves - 1 item
- large can pear halves - 1 item
- can apricot halves - 1 item
- large can pineapple rings - 1 item
- maraschino cherries - 10 item
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- juice from pineapple - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
How to make hot fruit:
Put fruit in large baking dish. Heat brown sugar, pineapple juice, butter and ginger. Pour over fruit. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Weeknight, Side dish.
