Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- cranberries fresh or frozen - 2 c
How to make hot cranberry butter:
Combine cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil until the berries pop, about 5 minutes. Add brown sugar and butter. Heat until dissolved.
