Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green onions
- garlic cloves, minced - 6 item
- 32 oz - 8 c
- Assorted crackers - 1 item
- each crab meat, drained flaked, and cartilage removed - 4 cans
How to make hot crab spread:
In a skillet, saut?© onion and garlic in butter until tender. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker; add mayonnaise. Stir in cheese. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until cheese in melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in crab; cover and cook 1 hour longer or until heated through. Serve spread warm with crackers.
