  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Swiss cheese - 1/2 lb
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • sherry
  • red pepper to taste - 1 item
  • bunch green onions - 1/2 item
  • bunch parsley - 1/2 item
  • cream or canned milk - 1 pt

How to make hot crab dip:

Melt the butter and saute the green onions and parsley. Blend in flour slowly and smooth out with 1 pint of cream (or canned milk). Add Swiss cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Gently put in 1 pound crabmeat and salt and peppers to taste. Add sherry and simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
