  • cornstarch
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1/4 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • bunch green onions, finely chopped - 1 item
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • Melba round crackers - 1 item

How to make hot crab dip:

Melt butter; saute onions and cornstarch and blend. Add milk, salt and pepper and mix until thick. Add crabmeat and cheese. Serve in chafing dish with Melba rounds.
