Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 pt
  • lemon juice - 1/2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 1
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • plus grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • can backfin crabmeat - 1 item
  • shake garlic powder - 1 item
  • shake of Tabasco sauce optional - 1 item

How to make hot crab dip:

Add the first 8 ingredients; beat with mixer until well creamed. Stir in crabmeat. Put into a 1 1/4-quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
