Ingredients/Components

  • special crab meat - 1 lb
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • double dash Old Bay - 1 item

How to make hot crab dip:

Drain crab meat and remove shells; set aside. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, fold in crab meat. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
