  • 6 oz
  • jar powdered nondairy creamer - 1 oz
  • can instant chocolate drink mix - 1 oz
  • powdered sugar one 1 lb - 2 c

How to make hot chocolate mix:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months. Take 3 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix and add to 1 cup of hot water. Stir to dissolve.

Makes 17 cups of mix or 90 servings.
