Hot chocolate cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• box confectioners sugar - 1 item
• Crisco oil - 1/2 c
• In saucepan combine oil, cocoa, butter and water

How to make hot chocolate cake:

Mix flour and sugar in bowl. In saucepan combine oil, cocoa, butter and water. Bring to a boil. Add this to flour mixture. Add baking soda and buttermilk. Beat eggs slightly and add to mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.Hot Chocolate Frosting:1 stick butter6 Tbsp. milk4 Tbsp. cocoa1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla In saucepan bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla. Spread on cake.
