Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped fine - 3 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- black pepper - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 can
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- chicken stock - 1/4 c
How to make hot chicken salad casserole:
Combine all the ingredients, except cracker crumbs and place in casserole. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
