Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- meat tenderizer - 1/2 tsp
- boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- sharp grated cheese - 1 c
- chicken, cooked and chopped 4 breasts - 4 c
- 1/2 ??? crushed potato chips - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and chips. Put into a large baking dish. Top with cheese and potato chips. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
