Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- sliced almonds - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- large onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 4 item
- crushed potato chips
- cooked cubed chicken - 4 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, eggs, soup and onion. Place in large rectangular dish. Combine cheese, almonds and chips and place mixture on top of chicken mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 8 to 10 hours. Bake at 400° forRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
