Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 oz
- canned French fried onions - 1/2 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 3 to
- pimentos, diced - 2 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and onions. Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese and onions. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
