Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- diced hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- cooked, cut up chicken - 2 c
- stick margarine, sliced - 1/2 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sliced almonds on top before baking. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour until heated through.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
