Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- potato chips - 1 item
- celery, finely chopped - 2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- onion, finely minced - 3 Tbsp
How to make hot chicken salad:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients except soup and potato chips. Place in 2 quart casserole. Pour soup over top without mixing. Top with potato chips. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
