Hot chicken salad



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- onion juice - 2 tsp
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Chinese noodles - 1 item
- mushroom soup - 1/2 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- cooked celery - 2 c
- can slivered almonds - 1 item
- can drained, sliced mushrooms - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Toss lightly together. Place in casserole. Cover with Chinese noodles. Let stand several hours or overnight. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese last 15 minutes. Allow 1 hour if taken from refrigerator.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
