Hot chicken salad



Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- celery, chopped finely - 1 c
- small can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small bag potato chips - 1 item
- cooked and chopped chicken breast - 2 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Preheat oven to 375°. Butter a casserole dish. Combine ingredients in order given in a mixing bowl, except crushed potato chips. Spoon mixture into a buttered dish and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
